Whenever we send out our newsletters to all the names in our database,
we often get many newsletters returned as undeliverable because the
address is either incorrect or the addressee has moved without leaving
any forwarding address. And when we try calling or e-mailing, we discover,
too, that the phone number and e-mail address (if we have one) do not
go through.
| We have no choice then but to remove
you from our mailing list so that we don't end up wasting the price
of a stamp on undeliverable mail. So please, if you change your
address, phone number and perhaps even your e-mail address, do let
us know. You can do that by sending an e-mail message with your
updated information to rtc@gordonrichard.com. |
